Kasia Szpakowska is a roaming Egyptologist, author and lecturer specialising in the archaeology of religion, ritual, magic and prophecy. She has written several books about ancient Egyptian demonology, dream interpretation and nightmares. Kasia conducted the experimental archaeology Ancient Egyptian Cobra Project to investigate snake cults and the making and breaking of ritual cobra figurines.

JONAH EMERSON-BELL is a tarot reader, Astrologer, and visual artist with a background in Hypnosis and Integration Coaching. His work uses mythology, symbols, and archetypes to help make the unconscious conscious and to develop agency in the stories we are living out. He is currently based in Santa Fe, New Mexico where he is completing his graduate studies in Mental Health Counselling at Southwestern College.

SARAH JANES is an author, researcher, and lifelong lover of all things dreaming, dream obsessive and a dream mapper since childhood. One of the curators of the Dream Palace, Sarah studies the ancient history and culture of dreaming, magico-religious medicine and incubation sanctuaries. She hosts the lecture series Explorers Egyptology.

Gregory Shushan is the leading authority on near-death experiences and the afterlife across cultures and throughout history.  He is an Honorary Research Fellow at the Religious Experience Research Centre, University of Wales Trinity Saint David, and was previously Perrott-Warrick Researcher at University of Oxford's Ian Ramsey Centre for Science and Religion; and Scholar-in Residence at the Centro Incontri Umani (The Cross Cultural Centre), Ascona, Switzerland. He has lectured at universities in the UK, Ireland, and Switzerland and has given numerous talks on his research in nine countries.

About Pascal:
Pascal received a BSc Hons (University of Aberdeen) in Neuroscience, where he identified the neurotrophic capacity of the Omega-3 fatty-acid EPA, and an MSc (University College London) in Clinical Mental Health Sciences, exploring the post-acute effects on wellbeing of DMT. He completed a PhD at the University of Greenwich with Dr. David Luke, where his research encompassed nuanced qualitative analyses of mystical-type human experiences, both neuropharmacological and spontaneous. Specifically, comparing the DMT experience, based on the first conceived field study of DMT use, with the near-death experience (NDE). He is presently a lecturer in Psychology there, teaching and researching on psychedelics; psychical research focussing on survival, ufology and entity encounters; neuroscience and clinical psychology.

IRVING FINKEL

MESOPOTAMIAN DREAM OMENS
Irving Finkel specialises in ancient Mesopotamian medicine and magic and is also interested in literature, religion and the history of ideas in the ancient Near East. He is a very well known curator at the British Museum, London and is famous for his discovery of a Babylonian tablet that contains a early version of the biblical story of Noah - with precise instructions for the building of the ark. He wrote about this research in his bestselling book - The Ark Before Noah.

Dr Luke is currently a module leader of the Psychology of Exceptional Human Experience, which has been running since 2009, and also teaches on the Introduction to Psychology, and Criminology and Forensic Psychology modules.

Dr Luke is also currently an Honorary Senior Lecturer, Centre for Psychedelic Research, Division of Brain Sciences, Imperial College London, and is a lecturer on the MSc Consciousness, Spirituality and Transpersonal Psychology where he leads and teaches a module on Psychedelics and Entheogens for The Alef Trust via Liverpool John Moores University. Daniel Oldis was one of the early researchers in the modern scientific study of lucid dreams. He recently put together a 'dream team' of sleep and dream researchers from across the United States to research dream recording and communication in sleep laboratories in California.
